CRT Display Repair Services
Many CRT displays may require some minor repairs to extend their
useful life. Thomas Electronics provides this refurbishment service.
Upon receiving your CRT, Thomas Electronics will thoroughly evaluate the CRT
and provide a quotation for services to bring your CRT back to serviceable condition.
Examples of repairs include re-lamination, repair of leaking cooling cells, anode
and other lead replacement, and high voltage cleaning to eliminate stray emission.
A detailed test report is provided with each unit. Most
repairs are warranted for one year.
CRT Refurbishment
Any Cathode Ray Tube (CRT) can be overhauled or refurbished. CRTs returned
to be refurbished are evaluated
upon receipt. We then advise you of the necessary items to be included in the CRT
refurbishment, as well as a detailed cost and delivery schedule. Refurbished CRTs will
reuse non-wear components, as well as new components where needed. In all cases, a new
CRT is provided, which provides you with a new cathode, phosphor screen, and high
voltage lead assembly where applicable.
Thomas Electronics does not need to be the OEM for your particular Cathode Ray Tube (CRT)
